Goodface has designed and built digital products since 2016. This experience is also what we write about — on product design, UX, branding, and fintech, drawn from projects we've actually delivered. This page explains how that content gets made and what standards it follows.
Our Insights are written and reviewed by members of our design, product, and leadership team — the same people who work on client projects. Each published article credits its author, with a link to their bio and role at Goodface.
We don't publish unreviewed, fully AI-generated articles. We may use AI tools to support research or drafting, but every article is written, fact-checked, and approved by a named person on our team before it goes live.
Grounded in practice. We write from what we've built, not from theory. Where an article makes a claim about what works, it's backed by our own project experience or by sources we can point to.
Accurate. We check facts, figures, and claims before publishing, and correct them if we get something wrong.
Independent. Our editorial content isn't written to promote a specific tool, platform, or partner. If we mention one, it's because it's relevant to the topic — not because of a commercial arrangement.
Useful over promotional. Our goal is to help founders, product leaders, and design teams make better decisions — not to oversell our own services. Articles that reference Goodface's work do so to illustrate a point, not as a pitch.
Product design and fintech move fast. We periodically review older Insights for accuracy and relevance, and update or rewrite them when the underlying information, tools, or best practices have changed. Updated articles show a revised "last updated" date.
If you spot an error in one of our articles, tell us — contact page. We review reported errors and correct confirmed mistakes directly on the relevant page.
If we publish a guest contribution or third-party content, it's reviewed against this policy before publishing and clearly credited to its source.
This policy applies to content published under goodface.agency/insights/. It doesn't apply to client case studies, which describe work delivered for and reviewed alongside the named client.
